Obituary of Dick Wiebe

It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dick Wiebe, at the age of 76 years, on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the Health Science Center Hospital, Winnipeg, MB.

He will be lovingly remembered by his Mother Margaret Wiebe, and siblings Don (Cathy), Henry, Ben, Margaret (Rob), Abe (Marlene), Jake (Sheila), Lisa (Cesar), Shirley (Dirk), John, Shelly (Shawn), Bill (Mary) Stepsons Leo and Harvey Williamson.
Dick will be remembered for his quiet yet, happy spirited personality, and deep loyalty and Love he felt for his family and friends.

Dick was predeceased by his father Diedrich Wiebe, and his two sisters, Maryann Wiebe and Katherine Gauthier (Wiebe) and most recently, his brother Jim Wiebe. He was also predeceased by many aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, nephew, and friends.

There are no words to describe how painfully saddened we are in loosing you, Dick, and how incredibly you will be missed. It is in knowing that you are in the Loving Arms of Our Father and Saviour Jesus Christ that we find Strength and Peace to face the days ahead without you.

We will always love, remember, and miss you as we struggle to move forward without you.  May you rest in Peace, until we meet you again Precious Stepfather, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandson and friend.  

A come & go viewing will be held on Sunday, April 18, 2021, at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with covid protocol in place. 

The private family funeral service will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., followed by the burial at Stuartburn Cemetery.
