Patrick James Smith (Bradley) died tragically on January 16, 2001 in a motor vehicle accident at the age of 20. Patrick was born November 22, 1980 in Jasper, AB. Patrick James Smith (Bradley), is survived by his mother Dorothy Smith (Bernard), and his father Jim Bradley (Shannon), one sister Rosie Bradley (James), one nephew Mason James, grandparents, Rita Vankooten (Pete), Ralph Bradley (Junabelle), Andrew (Sandy) and Madeline Smith as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his nana Elsie Smith. Patrick will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. The funeral service for Patrick was held Saturday, January 20th, 2001, 1:30 p.m. at the Middlebro Community Hall.
